Quick Clips from the Garden
My Facebook news feed has been filled with posts about natural holiday decorations the past few days. Over coffee this morning, I found myself drooling over yet another wreath made of fresh magnolia leaves, holly and arborvitae and decided to do something about it.
I grabbed my pruners, took a 10-minute walk through the garden and put together this arrangement for our dining room sideboard. It's made of blue spruce, boxwood, red-twig dogwood, beautyberry, Miscanthus and witch hazel.
With just a few quick clips from the garden, I created a holiday arrangement that will likely last through the new year.

This is so lovely Christopher! I like the idea of not necessarily creating a typical wreath in order to add a little seasonal nature to your home. This is such a quick alternative. Thank you for sharing!
